“Growth through technology” – what does that mean?
I have been spending a lot of time recently thinking about WHY we do what we do, and in this post, I’m going to attempt to put it into words – which was much harder than I thought it would be.
Netitude is an IT service provider that is based on the wilds of Somerset, within a short trip of Bath, Bristol, Salisbury as well as Wiltshire and Devon. We have always prided ourselves on being a Local IT company who can off a world class service, whilst also possibly bumping into our clients out and about!
We are extremely proud to accept the Mendip business awards 2017 customer service excellence award. The team at Netitude all work incredibly hard to deliver the best we can in customer service, this award goes a long way to recognise the hard work put in by all of the team.
In my early career, the common mantra “customer is king” was displayed in large writing in many of the offices I worked in, this is something that stuck with me and helped me understand that in business we are very lucky to have our customers and those relationships are hard earned and nurtured.
We recently ran a customer satisfaction survey for our clients, and were very pleased with the positive results. Feedback from our clients is vitally important to us as we are always working to improve our services as we grow our business.
Culture is something that lots of businesses talk about, but we at Netitude like to think that we have a slightly different approach to our culture.
