Meet Jon Witcombe – Our Service Delivery Manager


Jon joined us at Netitude earlier in the year and has been working hard in the background improving our team. He comes from a long customer service background and specialises in keeping customers happy with a real focus on complete care for businesses and individuals. Working his way from a call centre background Jon has managed teams of 70 staff and has a great feel for people.

Jon heads up our very diverse group of engineers and is your main contact for any feedback within the support desk at Netitude.

“I believe that we should all be working on a human level with each other, by this I encourage my team to think of every issue and fix in terms of the people that they are dealing with and how this affects both the individual people and the business”

Since joining Netitude Jon has taken on much of the phone system related support as well as working with the team to improve the customer care and feedback.

Outside of Netitude Jon is enveloped in the cult of Crossfit (talk to him about this at your peril!) and enjoys watching rugby as well as occasionally moonlighting as a local party DJ.
