Cybersecurity Awareness Training
Most breaches start
with one click.
We help your team stop clicking.
62% of data breaches involve a human element, not a software failure. Netitude runs ongoing phishing simulations, coordinates recurring training and reminders for staff and clients, and delivers on-site sessions, so awareness becomes a habit, not a once-a-year tick-box exercise.
What is awareness training
The human layer of your defence, trained the same way you'd train any other skill.
Firewalls, patching, and access controls protect your systems. None of them stop an employee from clicking a convincing link. Awareness training closes that gap by giving your team practice at spotting real attacks, in a safe environment, on a recurring basis, rather than a single slideshow once a year.
It is not a replacement for technical security. It is the layer that sits on top of it.
How we deliver it
Three ways we keep your team sharp
Each one reinforces the others. Together, they turn awareness into a habit rather than an event.
Simulated Phishing Campaigns
Realistic, safe phishing emails sent to staff on a recurring basis, so employees build the habit of spotting suspicious messages before they click, not after.
Recurring Training and Reminders
Coordinated cybersecurity training with reminder emails sent to both Netitude staff and client teams, so best practice stays current rather than fading after month one.
On-Site, In-Person Sessions
Hands-on training delivered face to face for clients who want it, an area we are actively growing beyond our standard remote programme.
Why it matters heading into 2027
Phishing is getting harder to spot, not easier.
Generative AI now lets attackers write personalised, well-crafted phishing emails at scale. Hoxhunt's 2026 Phishing Trends Report, drawn from 50 million simulated phishing tests, recorded a 500% rise in callback phishing in a single quarter, alongside the AI-generated phishing surge shown above. The clumsy, typo-ridden phishing email is no longer the main threat.
The response has to match the pace of the threat. Cybersecurity Ventures predicted in 2023 that global spending on security awareness training would exceed $10 billion annually by 2027, roughly double what it was in 2023. Training that happens once a year cannot keep up with a threat that changes month to month. That is the case for treating it as an ongoing programme rather than a compliance exercise.
Why Netitude
Built into how we work, not sold as an add-on.
This programme is coordinated by our Operations Centre Engineer, David Carter, as a dedicated part of the role, not a side project. Cyber Essentials, which Netitude holds, centres on five technical controls and does not itself mandate staff awareness training. Given that most breaches still start with a person rather than a system, we include it as standard anyway.
