Netitude Named as Finalists for TWO Somerset Business Awards in 2024

We are delighted to announce that we've been selected as finalists for not one but TWO Somerset Business Awards! Being nominated for these two prestigious awards at the highly coveted awards ceremony hosted at the Winter Gardens in Weston-Super-Mare on March 22nd, 2024, makes us very proud of what we do here at Netitude.

The Awards and their Importance

We look forward to attending the annual black-tie event hosted by the Somerset Chamber of Commerce, a night during which we’ll gain insights into the business propositions of some great organisations across Somerset.

Employer of the Year

The Employer of the Year Award is given to a business that has created a "stimulating and supportive work environment and a real commitment to the welfare of its employees." The judges will consider factors such as the organisation's leadership and management structure, employee benefits package, training and development opportunities, and staff retention.

This form of recognition is given to companies deemed to go above and beyond for their employees regarding the overall experience they'll receive while working there.

This year's Somerset Employer of the Year Award is sponsored by Blossom – HR Consultancy and will be judged by Rosie Wicks.

We're very proud to have been named a finalist for this particular award. We do our best to ensure our staff are happy, recognised for their efforts, and continuously rewarded for hitting their targets.

Our Journey to the Finals

During the past few years, Netitude Ltd has undergone vast changes while undertaking considerable growth year-on-year. We're currently amid a comprehensive rebrand, and we've spent the last few months completely revamping our office spaces and tweaking our management structure to yield the best possible results.

Our aspirations as an organisation are high. We intend to become one of the UK's biggest managed service providers (MSPs). We aim to keep smashing it across every area of our business, such as recording our lowest-ever recorded call wait times, increasing our turnover by 23%, and growing our profit by 14% in 2023.

The Team Behind Our Success

The people behind the scenes make our business tick. We pride ourselves on staff retention, with numerous members of our workforce having worked for the business for five years or much longer in some cases.

We give people a reason to stick around. We aim to implement the best processes and principles to provide our people with a cohesive and collaborative working environment.

We genuinely believe in the work hard, play hard mantra, as employees can switch off from a stressful work period by chilling out in our break rooms or challenging a colleague to a game of 8-ball pool or FIFA (Football Video Game) during their lunch break.

Looking Ahead

It's a really exciting time to work at Netitude. We're feeling the buzz around our revamped office spaces, and we look forward to some exciting projects and events in the coming months.
