Netitude expands business with a Bristol office
An Editorial in the Bristol Post: 19th December 2014.
Whilst we are out of the recession, few SMEs can claim to have more than tripled in size in the last 12 months but IT support firm Netitude, now with a new Bristol office has achieved this – currently with a complement of 15 staff (from 5 last year) and a turnover that has doubled in the last financial year. The company is not about to slow its pace of growth either, according to Managing Director, Adam Harling.
“The region has really embraced us, probably because we make very precise promises with our service around our response times, which are industry beating. We have worked really hard to develop a local reputation we are proud of and we are not about to slow down in our expansion strategy,” said Adam.
Although Netitude has established offices in Frome and Melksham, the company’s latest office was recently set-up in the Bristol area, located in Kingsland Road, to be closer to customers in the area. The amount of enquiries from Bristol has been pivotal to the expansion.
With a range of regional businesses turning to Netitude to look after their on-going IT concerns, the company has diversified into different areas of IT management – from IT security, Wi-Fi solutions and enabling cloud services – so workers can do their jobs from different locations with ease. One area they have been involved in is supplying Wi-Fi to outdoor events like the Hay Festival, The Bath & West Showground and Jamie Oliver’s Feastival events.
“As for the question, will we be looking to hire new staff? Our intentions are to be the number one go-to IT support service in the whole South West area,” said Harling. “We want to double in size again in the next year, so there is plenty of work to do and we are always on the lookout for talented people who can be committed to delivering IT solutions, above and beyond, for our clients.”
Whilst Netitude has already invested in exceptional engineers who are experts in the relevant technologies, the company is on the look-out for new talent and will invest in training for all its staff, to the highest standards.
