I’m Elena, and I’m the Customer Service Manager here at Netitude. I started here five years ago as a Dispatcher, handling and prioritising incoming cases for our clients, which helped me learn what’s important to them and their businesses. Now, I look after the Service Desk, overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure my team and our customers get the support they need. My biggest drive is helping educate our clients on the best way to utilise their IT, whether it’s how to spot a phishing attack or the best way to share a file safely; I love to see people gain confidence in using technology. Outside of the world of IT, you can find me doting on my very spoilt dog or heading to a nearby venue for music or comedy nights.
