Customer Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions
The incentive for this scheme is £500 off the Referrer's next bill, subject to the Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions.
For referrals where the referred business signs up for one of our monthly agreed service packages:
- Fully Managed IT Support
- Co-managed IT Support
- Fully Managed IT Support + Managed Cyber Security Service
- Fully Managed IT Support + Managed Cyber Security Service Enterprize
- Co-managed IT Support + Managed Cyber Security Service
- Co-managed IT Support + Managed Cyber Security Service Enterprize
Both businesses will receive £500 (each) off their next bill after the Referred business has signed a monthly agreement and completed 3 months as a Netitude customer.
To qualify, the Referred company must sign up for Netitude's service within six weeks of referral.
Referrals will only be eligible if the Referred company is not already in conversation with Netitude via any other channel.
There is only one reward for each Referred company/organisation referred.
If a Referred company is sent by multiple Referrers, whichever Referrer submitted the referral first will be deemed the Referrer.
Referrals will be deemed ineligible if an existing client refers their franchisee or a new location of a group that is already an existing customer.
There is no limit to the number of businesses a Referrer can refer in our Customer Referral Scheme.
The Referrer may be named in communication between Netitude and the Referred company.
Referral fees will only be issued for valid referrals once the Referred company has signed a contract to become a Netitude client.
Referral fee payments will be issued within 45 days of signing the agreement. All payments are discretionary. Netitude reserves the right to change payment terms in the future.
The Netitude Customer Referral Scheme is available to all UK-based existing Netitude clients.
If a Referrer doesn't receive a referral fee, you must raise a claim for consideration to your Account Manager within 90 days of the submission of the referral form. Any claims made after 90 days will not be eligible for a referral fee.
