Our Netitude goodie bag for onboarding new clients

Here at Netitude, we like to go above and beyond when it comes to our clients. We provide award-winning customer service and take getting to know our clients and their business, seriously.

Before onboarding new clients, our Virtual IT Directors make great efforts to get the best understanding of clients businesses they can, helping to underline how we can best fulfill their technological needs and ensure they have a smooth onboarding experience.

We want our clients to know how important their business is to us, and one of the ways we like to do we do this we like to give each new client (and their team) a welcome to Netitude goodie bag – You could liken this to the good old days when you’d return from a children’s party with a small bag full of treats and useless junk you’ll never use.

The difference?

Our bags aren’t plastic, they are light-weight, reusable and eco-friendly canvas bags – perhaps the perfect bag for the Independent Market? Instead of useless junk, you are gifted with a range of products from mouse mats (with handy keyboard shortcuts on) to useful guides AND our personal favourite, our super strong and versatile logo stickers! For every new computer we install, we like to leave a little something just to say, “thanks for choosing us”. Left on the desk of every computer install, our clients will find a teeny tiny white and orange box made from recycled cardboard. Inside our box, you’ll find a variety of our favourite sweeties and some handy screen wipes. We know its nothing fancy, but it is guaranteed to put a smile on our client’s faces every time. Sweets are often inhaled before we’ve even left the building and that annoying smudge that’s been on their screen for weeks? can finally get taken care of. Before you know it, all that’s left is a teeny tiny white and orange box (which we hope gets recycled).

But why?

We like to think that small gestures like these help to brighten our clients day, much like when you walk into a hotel room and find a chocolate on your pillow or mints that come with your dinner bill. These a just small token of our appreciation for choosing Netitude and to let our clients know they’ll be well looked after.
