Now the dust has well and truly settled, we're commemorating our remarkable achievement of being recognised as Somerset's Employer of the Year for 2024. We were quite literally lost for words as Adam Harling (Netitude Managing Director) was called up onto the stage to collect this coveted award.
We want to thank The Somerset Chamber of Commerce for looking after the eight Netitude representatives invited to an enjoyable and eventful evening. A big thank you also has to go out to Blossom HR Consultancy, which sponsored this prestigious award and presented it to us. We were proud to be amongst the wealth of talent and the innovative range of businesses Somerset has to offer on what was a thoroughly enjoyable evening for all in attendance.

We'd also like to reiterate how grateful we are to have been recognised as Somerset's Employer of the Year. Collectively, we emphasise giving our employees the best experience when they walk through our front doors or log into their company laptops each day they come to work.
Values and Company Culture
Each of these values helps our organisation hold ourselves up to higher standards collectively. The leadership team looks out for employees who exemplify and embody each value day in and day out.
In return, their performance is recognised with a 'Bruvs of the Quarter' award. Each winner is entitled to a £20 voucher they can use in our rewards gateway, the novelty choice of office music for a whole day and a hot beverage from their line manager.
Quarterly All Hands &
Date Nights
Each quarter, the Netitude leaders present company news and share progress against targets; this gives the organisation a much-needed push to work a little harder to ensure we hit or even exceed our goals. These meetings can be enjoyed with an alcoholic beverage or soft drink in hand and provide an opportunity to gain perspectives from the wider team.
Afterwards, the entire team is invited to a company date night, during which all employees can come along and enjoy a pre-agreed activity provided by the business. In the past, we have had a blast going to escape Rooms, slip-and-slides, and paintballing.
These fun-filled evenings bring our colleagues closer together, helping to build office camaraderie and boost team morale. The excitement is building around the office as we look forward to our upcoming date night later this month, when the team heads to M4 Karting, the premier indoor Karting and Mini-Moto centre in the Southwest.

Providing a Productive Workspace
We've worked hard to provide our employees with a workspace that delivers on every front, especially during the past few months! Everyone knows just how pivotal a workspace can be in terms of productivity - tidy space, tidy mind and all that – and as a result, we've completely transformed our upstairs and downstairs work areas, collaboration zones, reception and signage to give the entire office a new look and feel.
It was a great opportunity for us to declutter our working environment whilst replacing outdated equipment and upgrading the desk spaces of every employee - who doesn't love a new desk chair?
